Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift card
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of returned items are Customer Responsibility
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Products that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@magicscent.co.uk and send your item to: 62 Dunholme Road, London, England, N9 9QU..
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 62 Dunholme Road, London, England, N9 9QU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancel BEFORE we have dispatched your order
1. You may cancel your order (or any part of it) at any stage before the products are delivered to you or your up to 14 days afterwards

3. We will process the refund immediately; allow 3-5 business days for the amount to clear in your bank account
Cancel AFTER we have dispatched your order
1. If you decide to cancel your order after we have dispatched the parcel, you will be responsible for returning the items to us
2. Please return the products in accordance with the provisions set above in our returns and refunds section
3. The products should be returned within 30 days, unused and in the original sale condition (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them) together with the original packaging
4. We advise you to use a recorded delivery service
5. After you cancel and we receive the returned items, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to clear within your bank account

I have changed my mind – Can I cancel my order?
Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the Products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products in transit. All such Products should be returned within 30 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, by one of the means set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy
After you cancel your order and return the products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card/PayPal will be refunded in full. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any products if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase except PayPal returns in store. Refunds for products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible after receiving the products back (10 working days).
I have changed my mind – Can I return my order?
Return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we’ll only consider returns on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.
Unless the products are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery.

How do I return an item?
We hope you’re pleased with your purchase from us, but if you do need to return anything, you’ve got 30 days to do so.
How To Return An Item
In-Store: You are now able to return products purchased via our website to our store. Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper. You will need to provide proof of purchase (E-receipt) and return to us within 30 days of the original purchase. A return can only be processed using the original payment method. Please note we cannot offer a refund or a return on an item unless you retain the item and its original packaging.
Via Post: If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days. We will replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect please return them without removing the cellophane wrapper. Please use the free returns label to return products.
If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resaleable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are unable to refund postage or gift wrap charges if your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.
